Analysis: What promises stayed unfulfilled since the last elections

The government coalition, which took office in April 2014, included 539 activity promises into their programme. The ERR news portal asked the government monitors to analyse, which of these great promises were fulfilled by the Reform party and Pro Patria party coalition lead by Andrus Ansip and which stayed unfulfilled.
