Education conference in Põlva

On the 3rd of March 2014 an education conference on the topic “What kind of school do we want?” took place in Põlva parish. School network scenarios, the individualization of studies and the results of an international education study related to the influence of actors on the students’ learning outcomes were discussed. Likewise, the participants heard about the experiences of the Jõgevamaa grammar school functioning as national grammar school. The conference was moderated by consultant Rivo Noorkõiv and ended with an open discussion. During this, the participants covered different future school network scenarios, rised necessary questions for finding a solution and initiated the decision-making process.
