Management system and work organization analysis

To identify the opportunities for increasing the efficiency of the work of Viimsi municipality servants, Geomedia is carrying out the analysis of the municipality's work organization. It will include the analysis of how the existing structure corresponds to the objectives of the organization and the analysis of the servants' competences. The research is based on quality management ideology, deploying elements of EFQM and CAF model that takes into account the nature of public sector. During the process, interviews, e-questionnaires and focus groups will be carried out. Based on what is learned, recommendations will be made for making work organization and management more efficient.
