Presentation of the Local Government Capacity Index (KOV index)

The introduction to the Local Government Capacity Index analysis will take place on Friday, 10th of October 2014. The consultation and training centre Geomedia prepares the index on behalf on the Estonian Ministry of Interior already for six years. The result of this work is a coherent database of comparable local government unit data, which includes the years 2005-2013. The Local Government Capacity index report describes the values for the years 2010-2013 and an index value comparison and analysis from the periods 2006-2009 and 2010-2013.
