ECPR Methods Winter School in Bamberg

In the framework of the RegPol² project, Geomedia took part in the 4^th Winter School in Methods and Techniques, which took place from 13th February – 20th February 2015 in the university town of Bamberg. The winter school was organized by the European Consortium for Political Research (ECPR) and offered a wide range of quantitative and qualitative method courses. It consisted of preparatory and main courses, brown bag lectures and course taster sessions. As a doctoral student, Geomedia employee Bianka Plüschke was introduced to the basics of statistics, including simple and multiple linear regression models, and to the statistical programs Stata and R.
