Viimsi parish prepares development plan

The government of Viimsi parish in cooperation with Geomedia is renewing its development plan. The objective is to make the ongoing development plan more compact, integrate different fields of expertise and to include an analytical monitoring part in the document. Out of the analysis of the municipality’s situation, important parts were selected and integrated into the financial management of the parish, which also includes the long-term budget. In sum, the importance of the development as a strategic management tool was strengthened and the planned investions aligned to the financial capabilities of the municipality. In particular, the document includes one part, where the use of European Union structural funds is elaborated in preparing the period 2015-2020.
