On April 17, 2012, Veiko Sepp, the analyst of Geomedia took part of Nordplus International Course on the subject of "Localised Learning in Spatial and Development Planning in Peripheral Functional Urban Areas of the Baltic Sea Region". As a part of this event he gave a presentation on the overview of Estonia's Local Government system.
