European Union Baltic Sea Strategy
07.12.2022Within the framework of the European Union Baltic Sea Strategy a conference on “The European Union Baltic Sea Region Strategy & European Territorial Cooperation programmes in 2014+” was organized on the 23rd of September 2014. Topics of discussion were Estonia’s participation perspective and experiences with Baltic Sea region’s territorial cooperation. Geomedia consultant Rivo Noorkõiv presented at the conference, introducing the results of the ESPON program project on “Territorial Monitoring for the Baltic Sea Region (BSR TeMo)“, which are connected to the Baltic Sea countries’ development. The main topic was the Baltic Sea Region development’s monitoring system, to whose establishment Geomedia contributed as a project partner.
