The scenarios for Tartu city centre planning area

The five possible scenarios for Tartu city centre planning area, which were presented to Tartu city government together with the comparative analysis of their impact and feasibility were assigned for public display and discussion. The scenarios provide specified input for Tartu comprehensive plan, and during the preparation process various target groups had been involved.
