Põltsamaa urban and rural municipality amalgamation discussions

On 9th of June 2015, Geomedia consultant Rivo Noorkõiv presented on the topic of amalgamation in front of Põltsamaa city council. The title of the presentation was “The amalgamation of Põltsamaa urban and rural municipality: how to proceed?” It focused on the aspect of consultation work that is financed by the Ministry of Interior in the framework of voluntary local government amalgamations.
