Presentation of the Local Government Capacity Index (KOV index)

The introduction to the Local Government Capacity Index analysis will take place on Friday, 10^th of October 2014. The consultation and training centre Geomedia prepares the index on behalf on the Estonian Ministry of Interior already for six years. The result of this work is a coherent database of comparable local government unit data, which includes the years 2005-2013. The Local Government Capacity index report describes the values for the years 2010-2013 and an index value comparison and analysis from the periods 2006-2009 and 2010-2013.
