The social system of the future Põltsamaa municipality

Geomedia Ltd analyses the organization of the social service system in  the municipalities of Pajusi, Puurmanni and Põltsamaa as well as  Põltsamaa town. In the course of this analysis, the need for social  service and social support will be mapped as well as the system of  urgent social support and other help provisions and allocations. The  analysis will show the bottlenecks and development potential of the  former system. In collaboration with social service specialists from  four municipalities a proposal on the provision of services and support  and the involvement of the third sector in the new local government unit  will be prepared.
